Fully retract the skin under the penis head to expose the penis shaft.
Apply a small amount of lubricant around the circumrerence of the exposed shaft.
Move sliding latch down to the base of the Elator. Spread the flexible tubes to open the flexible loop.
Insert the penis head under the flexible loop centering the tubes and sliding the latch directly under the penis head.
Move the sliding latch forward all the way, tightening the flexible loop. The sliding latch locks the flexible loop around the penis head.
Place the locking ring over the penis shaft bringing the ring down to the base of the penis.
Stretch your penis and lock the locking ring at the base. If you have a lot of skin around the penis head make sure the skin is not pinched. You should feel very comfortable.
