 "I purchased the Elator for my husband and thank you for giving us back our ability to connect in this particularly intimate way. While we have been able to retain a rich sexual relationship, diabetes has taken away my spouse’s erectile function, which in turn made intercourse at first difficult and then a nonstarter. Hi Gail,

No. All of our feedback is consistent with our own trials. The front loop of The Elator tucks behind the head of your penis so this portion is rarely felt. The 2 ultra-thin bars on the bottom are noticeable but since they glide across the base of your penis they are not painful or uncomfortable. The front loop is wrapped in soft medical-grade silicone. The 2 ultra-thin bars on the bottom (only 2 millimeters thick) are wrapped in a smooth medical-grade plastic known as Pet.
