 I am the partner of a trans man who underwent phalloplasty surgery around one year ago. If one chooses not to opt for an erectile device or is yet to complete this second phase of surgery in their journey, a device like the Elator is amazing. Phalloplasty penises are unable to naturally become erect on their own and the Elator allows for penetration in these circumstances. My partner and I had tried wrap, tapes, and other makeshift devices to attempt penetrative intercourse. All of these methods failed and left us frustrated and hopeless. I had heard of the Elator through a YouTube video from another trans man and was intrigued. I bought one for my partner as a gift and it has made intercourse enjoyable, pleasurable, and stress-free. The measuring was easy and required minimal assistance. We were able to complete penetrative intercourse with success and have enjoyed being able to do this successfully.
