I have simple age-related ED. I found the Elator by searching on-line. Now, having used it, I can say that the promotional material is honest, accurate and free of hype. The Elator, when properly sized, does what they say; it holds you firm enough for penetrative sex. Having said that, it is important to get the right size. I found the measurement process a little uncertain and did not get the right size on the first try. But when I got the sizing right, it worked. Another observation is that it is a device, not a miracle. You still need to think about strength, timing, frequency and similar factors for everything to work to full satisfaction. But it does eliminate a significant concern contributing to performance anxiety. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
