How to determine what size your replacement shaft should be

With our new measuring system (released in December of 2023) our "perfect fit" success rate is around 90%. We do not recommend remeasuring for the 10% who need to order a new shaft. It's better to use your existing Elator as a guide. This video explains how that is done.
