I’m a post phalloplasty transgender man so I got the Elator to help Give me an erection until I’m able to get the prosthetic put in. This is a great product for trans men especially since most prosthetics only last 5 to 10 years and then you have to have another surgery this product can aluminate that. When ordering they give you lots of instructions on how to Measure and I still ordered the wrong size. I’m very grateful that I can reorder for only $100. Guys, it’s worth the money.!

I am 2.5 years post RFF and have decided to forgo the erectile device implant. Prior to using the Elator I had utilized a cumbersome erectile process using Coban and condoms. The Elator is a vast improvement. Now I can be erect in 30 seconds and can directly feel the warmth of my wife. The only issue I have had is with sizing - definitely, err on the side of using a smaller size. I have had to order a couple of different rods in order to get the right size. Fortunately, the customer service is great and the shipping is fast. Definitely a great option for transguys that have a defined glans!

I had RFF phalloplasty a few years ago and had a semi-rigid rod implant a year postoperative. However, the rod felt unnatural to me. I couldn't move right; it felt like my hips couldn't move properly and I was just stuck waddling. It became painful as the rod moved out of position. A few months after the semi-rigid rod implant, the rod eroded out of the tip of the phallus. It was incredibly painful as it made its way through the skin. I had to have it removed. I considered re-doing the implant with the pump, but the idea of having surgery every 2-5 years to replace it was just intolerable for me emotionally and for my budget. In addition, each surgery has an increased risk of infection, loss of feeling, or damage to the urethra. That's when I got the Elator. First of all, make sure you get the right size. If it is too big, it will fall off during intercourse and can cause discomfort or even pain for both you and your partner. If it is too small, it will constrict blood flow and can be painful. Having the right size makes all the difference! Due to swelling from surgery, I needed to change size. Customer service was great in working with me to make sure that I had the right size. They were responsive and professional. I felt very cared for as a customer. Secondly, it works great! It has really helped me connect with my partner and restore my confidence as a man.

The Elator is great. As a trans man, I have so far opted not to undergo the extra stage of the erectile implant after phalloplasty due to the high rate of complications and the need to replace implants every so often. The Elator has given me another risk-free option. Enjoying it greatly!
